Stephan Landwehr: He's doing a great job


Stephan Landwehr knows how to create distinctive spaces of hospitality. So he became the most important restaurateur in Berlin.

Stephan Landwehr ordered a lot of food. He calls this "eating by the card". On this summer evening at the Grill Royal, one of his restaurants in Berlin-Mitte, he simply chooses the table for the two other people: first there is gazpacho, later an artichoke, then a tomahawk Steak, béarnaise sauce, halibut, salad, ratatouille. First a white, then a red Burgundy.
