Over 900 military and more than 200 units of military equipment, as well as four Il-76MD military transport aircraft take part in the exercises.

“It has become a good tradition for the arrival of Russian paratroopers on the territory of Belarus,” said Major General Vadim Denisenko, the head of the exercise, commander of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Belarus.

He noted that these exercises are distinguished by the choice of complex issues for working out joint actions, such as "conducting reconnaissance and military operations at night, overcoming a water barrier and landing in night conditions."
