After 4 games without a win, Marseille resumed Sunday walking forward beating Strasbourg, as well as many misfits that have rebounded on the occasion of the 10th day of Ligue 1.

Paris played and won the first Friday in Nice (4-1), and Paris is the big winner of the fall weekend before the third day of the Champions League on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Judge instead: the four direct pursuers of Paris - before this 10th day - have all bit the dust! Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux and Lille are already opening a royal road for Parisians who did not need it.

On the evening of the 10th day, PSG is five points ahead of his dolphin, Nantes, and seven on the third, Reims.

It will be known later if this 10th day was the last hope of suspense soaring in the title race, but it will certainly remain as that of rebellion. Of the first 11 teams in the standings before the meetings, only Reims and Marseille managed to win.

The L1 is a little closer still, with six points difference between Nîmes the barrage and Marseille, at the foot of the podium and great beneficiary of the weekend to a week of the summit against Paris SG at Parc des Princes.

A stray shot from Kamara in the third minute and Strootman's late penalty (90th +4) was enough for the Phoenicians who climb to fourth place in the championship with 16 points, like Angers, who are ahead of goal difference.

Reims, Saturday's winner of Montpellier (1-0), just ahead (3rd, 17 pts), a logical position in view of his excellent results outside (victories in Marseille, Paris and Rennes).

- Ben Yedder-Slimani: the Monegasque doublet -

Sunday also confirmed that Monaco currently has the most effective attack doublet of the L1: Ben Yedder and Islam Slimani are the pair, and the double save the French international against Rennes (3-2) came back to give him the smile after a dull Monday under the blue tunic against Turkey.

Here is Ben Yedder top scorer in L1 with 8 goals, when Slimani has 5 goals and 7 assists in 7 games! Monaco, 14th with 12 pts, breathes a little better, when Rennes is bogged down (12th with 12 pts).

Sunday, Ligue 1 also confirmed the awakening of the giant Green.

Because the beginnings of Claude Puel in Saint-Etienne are idyllic. After the prestigious success in the derby against Lyon for taking office (1-0), Puel and his men made the round back to Bordeaux Sunday before winning on the wire in additional time, thanks to a penalty of Denis Bouanga (90 + 3).

Here are the Greens + new version + which slip in the first part of the ranking, 10th with 14 pts.

For Bordeaux - who could climb on the podium if successful - it's a stunt, coupled with a hard blow. The Girondins have indeed lost on injury Laurent Koscielny shortly before the hour of play, touched on the right foot.

After this defeat, Bordeaux remains in the top of the rankings, 6th with 15 pts.

All the opposite of Lyon, still slowed this weekend despite the first match of Rudi Garcia on the bench against Dijon Saturday (0-0). The Lyonnais now point to a sad 17th place, with 10 points and only one step ahead of Strasbourg, new red lantern.
