An out-of-duty civil guard has arrested a man on a commuter train who was taking photographs with his cell phone of the agent's intimate areas and other passengers.

According to the Directorate General of the Civil Guard, the arrest occurred on October 1 when the agent, who was traveling on the train to go to work, is notified by another passenger that a man sitting in front of her was taking pictures .

After identifying himself as a civil guard, he asked the man for explanations, who did not recognize the facts, although the agent discovered that the passenger was deleting the photographs from his cell phone.

It was at that moment, when the agent gave notice to the train security guards and when he arrived at the Chamartín commuter station, he stopped the passenger and seized his cell phone that contained images of the civil guard himself and other passengers.

The man was arrested accused of a crime against privacy.
