“The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation conducted additional bathymetric and gravimetric studies, as well as acoustic profiling,” RIA Novosti quoted Borisov as saying.
He expressed the opinion that these studies will be sufficient to exhaustively substantiate the Russian application at a meeting of the UN Commission to be held in February 2020.
