The spokesperson called on the secretariat to fulfill mandates for the official languages of the UN.
“The secretariat did not pay enough attention to the development of the Russian news service,” he added.
Strzyzhanowski also noted that the first positions of the English language are undeniable.
On July 16, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin announced the readiness of the foreign ministry to propose the UN to make Ukrainian the official language of the organization.
