Earlier, Bodnar announced the adoption by Kiev of all legislative acts “necessary for the implementation of amnesty within the framework of the legal field in the context of the implementation of the Minsk agreements”.
On October 9, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that Kiev did not intend to use the full amnesty mechanism for the participants in the conflict in the Donbass.
