When dad Tommy Edlund saw that Region Västerbotten did not cover the cost of the costume, he turned to social media and started a fundraiser, which SVT News previously told. The costume cost SEK 35,000, an amount that was quickly collected.

"It feels amazing what hearts there are," says Veronika Edlund, Noah's mother, who is also present when the new costume is being tested.

"Can give the feeling of whirlpool"

Physiotherapist Sofia Svennerstedt describes the suit as comparable to tens treatment, a type of pain relief that suppresses pain but not the cause behind it. The suit will help muscles relax and be used for an hour every other day.

- It should relieve spasticity and many people think this is nice and can give the feeling of bathing hot tub, explains Sofia Svennerstedt.

The tool has been around since 2012.

- I have great confidence that this will help Noah, I've read about others who think it works really well, says Tommy Edlund.
