Google unveiled the second generation of its smallest smartphones called "Nest Mini" to inherit the throne "Home Mini" which is very similar to design, what is the difference between them?

The company explained that despite the great similarity between the two speakers, there are some differences and upgrades also in the new headset.

The similarity is that the two speakers share the same design template that resembles the disc, and have the same dimensions, with a height of "Home Nest" 42 mm, while the diameter of 98 mm.

Both headphones feature LED lights at the top that illuminate when Google Voice Assist is activated.

They have the same key features as integrating Assistant support, like other Google smart home and NestHub devices, allowing users to play music and control smart home devices, or ask a question to answer the smart assistant.

The price of one is $ 49, although now you may find that the Home Mini is cheaper.

The difference is that Google added to the design of the "Nest Mini" the possibility of installation in the wall, which provides more flexibility in choosing the right position at home, and this was available in the "Home Mini" only through an additional accessory.

Another important difference is that the new Nest Mini offers better sound quality and faster and better response to the assistant voice assistant because there is a built-in third microphone compared to two microphones in the Home Mini.

It supports the WLAN 802.11b / g / n / ac wireless network and Bluetooth 5.0 to connect to the smartphone.

Google is set to launch the new Nest Mini on November 22 in 23 countries.
