In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as the staffs of the region are planning joint operations against Congolese and foreign armed groups in the east, what role could Monusco, the UN Mission, play? Several options are being lifted by the Congolese staff and its partners, but for the UN mission, it does not seem that easy to envisage.

I think that we are going far because I do not even know if we will have this role of observer.
