SVT has reported how the trade union ST has criticized the authority's digital multi-million initiative Jobtech, which in several parts of the country has procured its own premises next to the AF offices.

"Going to shop premises at the same time as we close down 130 offices is not acceptable," said union chairman Fredrik Andersson, who said that they also violated the internal regulations.

Now he gets partly right by the authority.

- When we look at the agreements in Visby and Piteå, it turns out that the wrong person has signed, so we change that now. It was a design error, says Linda Schön Doroci, acting director of AF Direkt.

"You should feel safe"

She also regrets that union representatives have been subjected to threatening statements by a manager.

- It is always unfortunate when situations like this arise, one should feel safe in one's workplace. In this case, the boss raised his voice affectionately, the employees perceived it as threatening and I feel that we now straightened it out with the union. The manager has apologized.

Will it have any consequences for the boss?

- No, we have, together with the union, determined that it was an individual incident.

"A very unfortunate writing"

Linda Schön Doroci defends that Jobtech's IT developers must be located in premises other than the usual Employment Agency.

- It's a development business where it's good to sit at tech hubs with other startup companies.

On the other hand, she refrains from a wording in the decision on premises in Piteå that SVT has told about. It states that Jobtech should have "the opportunity to take a position on and develop new technology without being entangled in the special legal challenges of the Employment Service (or another authority)".

- Of course, we work with the legal principles and close to the legal department. It is a very unfortunate writing that I refrain from.

How did you think when writing it?

- I can't answer that.
