“In respect of the driver, an administrative case has been instituted under Part 2 of Art. 12.24 of the Administrative Code of Russia "Violation of the rules of the road or the rules of operation of the vehicle, resulting in moderate damage to the health of the victims," the press service said.
It is specified that the sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 25 thousand rubles or deprivation of a driver’s license for a period of up to two years.
