Stefan Löfven: "Brexit can be postponed"

- In the Brexit issue, there seems to be a little more hope. But we also have things left to do to make it an agreement, ”says Löfven.

He believes that for the EU, there are two reasons why an exit agreement with the UK has not yet come to an end.

- We do not want a border with Ireland and that the internal market is protected. There are still question marks left, says Löfven.

However, the Prime Minister says there is a desire from both the EU and the UK to come up with a solution.

- The signals I hear are a little more positive now. We want to get an organized Brexit and if there is an opportunity to do that, then we will work for it.

He also opens up an opportunity to postpone Brexit. In that case, it would be the third time the exit was delayed.

- It depends on the reason. If there is a good reason to postpone the Brexit, it can happen, says Löfven.
