Donald Tusk says that the "fundamental bases" of Brexit are "ready"

The basis of a new United Kingdom withdrawal agreement from the European Union is practically ready, said European Council President Donald Tusk on Wednesday.

"The fundamental bases of an agreement are ready and theoretically tomorrow (Thursday) we could accept this agreement," Tusk told Polish journalists in Brussels. In "seven or eight hours" the negotiation should be closed , Tusk added in statements to the Polish network TVN24.
