This is stated on the website of the Belarusian department.

It is noted that a corresponding statement was made at a meeting of the Deputy Minister with NATO Deputy Secretary General for New Security Challenges Antonio Missiroli.

“Dapkyunas emphasized the readiness of the Belarusian side for a constructive dialogue and cooperation with NATO on a mutually respectful and equal basis,” the ministry’s website says.

It is clarified that along with this, the participants in the meeting “noted the gradual trend of improving relations between Belarus and NATO.”

Earlier in Belarus, it was stated that relations with NATO are not developing to the detriment of relations with Russia.

On September 4, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the North Atlantic Alliance is interested in cooperation with Belarus, including on arms control issues.
