According to him, 8138 applications of citizens were examined in an expedited manner, 218 - are waiting for a decision.
Mutko also noted that in the Irkutsk region “all life activity was basically restored”, water, heat and energy supply work as planned.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that after the completion of the flood response, he would definitely check their results.
