On Tuesday, the social services manager group decided how the organization should balance the budget. Five percent of the staff cost is to be lowered, which according to an information text on the municipality's website "means that about 50 full-time workers are affected". What this means in concrete terms in the number of services is not clear.

The respective manager will now make adjustments immediately, and the employees will be affected from 1 November. For the employees involved, a transition group will be formed, as opportunities for other jobs may exist within the municipality.
