This is the second time that the man has been arrested on probable grounds for aiding in murder, aiding in attempted murder, and in assisting in a serious weapon crime.

The suspicions relate to the murder of 31-year-old Karolin Hakim, who was shot dead in an open street with her child in her arms on August 26 earlier this year in the Ribergsborg district of Malmö.

The murder trial concerns her boyfriend, who according to information to the police must have been the actual target.

The serious arms crime was supposed to have taken place on Stadiongatan, where the burning car suspected of being the getaway car was found shortly after the murder.

- The district court has admitted that the man may be held in custody for another two weeks. He is probably still suspected in the investigation, says chamber prosecutor Pär Andersson, to SVT News Skåne, on Tuesday.

By October 29, the Prosecutor must bring charges or request further arrest of the man.
