According to the investigation, on the night of September 15, two suspects, after a quarrel over the phone with a friend, came to him and beat him, filming the process on video.
The chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, also instructed to verify the information that the suspects were not initially detained, because one of them is the son of a former judge and chairman of the council of deputies.
The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory said that they began checking the circumstances of the criminal case on the fact of this incident. During the check, the police intend to find out the reasons why the suspects chose a preventive measure not related to restriction of freedom.
