A 25-year-old Mexican tourist allegedly suffered a rape early in the morning of September 23 in a cleaning room belonging to a hotel in Chueca . The sex offender is a Senegalese citizen whom the woman met that night. Agents identified the man that same day and issued a search and capture order .
The young woman said that the boy approached him and invited him to have a beer while walking through Pedro Zerolo square on his last day of stay in Madrid, as published by Abc . They were together until, around four in the morning, they left for the hotel. They started kissing but then the man lowered her pants and raped her. The woman says she did not shout or ask for help but said 'no' several times . He said he was locked and defenseless.
A friend of the victim saw them enter that room and approached. He added that he left there when he thought they were retiring to have an intimate and consensual meeting. But the man then approached again and when he opened the door the aggressor ran out .
The victim was treated by hotel employees. After the sexual assault, the young woman went to report the facts to the UFAM of the National Police and then was transferred to the Hospital de la Paz.
The alleged rapist has a police record for damages . He is a black man and about two meters tall who has been photographed by the victim.
