M-led Österåker opt out of begging ban

So far, three moderately run municipalities in Stockholm County have chosen to introduce some form of begging ban, but that is nothing for Österåker. Municipal Councilor Michaela Fletcher (M) explains that they do not have the same problems as their neighbors.
