The National Assembly adopted widely on Tuesday the vast bill of bioethics with its flagship measure providing for the opening of medically assisted procreation (PMA) to all women.
The text was voted in first reading by 359 votes to 114 and 72 abstentions, to the applause of the majority, after some 80 hours of intense debates in the hemicycle. It should be considered in the Senate in January.
