Injustice, marginalization and violence suffered by the Iraqi girl, over the days, has now been forced to accept unemployment forcibly, or the choice of sexual bargaining and blackmail announced by managers and administrators of labor administration in some state institutions.

Ghofran Haddad, an Iraqi journalist, says the girl suffers from problems of discrimination and harassment, as well as domestic violence using beatings and violence, either by her father or brother. He made the same mistake as the female.

Haddad hopes that the girl will receive adequate support morally, psychologically and materially to settle in her life, stressing that the girl has a lot of time to get her rights.

Al-Zuhairi considers it difficult to find a vacancy, as some jobs in the private sector depend on medium or experience for years, or on the sexual bargaining of girls.

She explains that most graduates apologize for not working in some places because of the conditions imposed on them such as the removal of the veil, or wear certain clothes, or continue to work long hours and late at night, or make many concessions in exchange for their employment, exploiting the need for girls because of the poor situation Economic plague the majority of the people at present.

I put it on the shelf and made it dust and stayed frozen.

Hedou points out that the girl is facing many crises, including the most important discrimination on the basis of sex, and deprived of occupying prominent positions like men, especially in appointments, as well as the assumption of hierarchical positions in the state such as decision-making.
