According to the indictment, the woman is said to have been raped and abused in the 36-year-old's home in early August. He should also have pronounced death threats against the woman.
A few weeks later he called and again threatened the woman, as well as burning down her home.

The prosecutor has, besides technical evidence from the crime scene, both hospital records and witnesses who can substantiate the content of the prosecution.
The 36-year-old denies the crime.
