It was also reported that due to the consequences of the Hagibis typhoon, about 100 thousand houses in 13 prefectures in Japan are left without electricity.

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram of condolences to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe over the devastating consequences of the typhoon.
