Here is the most common car color in Jämtland County

In 2018, almost every third newly registered passenger car was white.

- The proportion of white passenger cars has increased very significantly in recent years. In 2008, 17,000 white passenger cars were registered in the country. Ten years later, the figure is 97,000, says Susann Landström, section manager at the Swedish Transport Agency in a press release.

The color that decreases most in the county between 2016 and 2019 is light gray. Otherwise, it is the darker colors that lose the most, with the exception of dark gray that continues to increase.

Another color that is rare is the light yellow where only 139 cars were registered last year. But the most unusual color is still purple, where only 213 cars were registered last year.
