The Tunisian Electoral Commission announced this evening the victory of Qais Said in the presidential elections by 72.1% of the votes in the second round of the presidential elections in the country on Sunday.

The electoral commission said in an official statement that Nabil Karoui, who competed with Qais Saeed in that round, received 27% of the vote.
