- We get stuff every day, but not everything and not in the time you expect. If you do not get everything you need, it will still be a concern, says Petter Karlsson, purchasing manager in the Uppsala Region and managing director of the Supply Chain Committee.

According to the agreement, all 6,000 consumables in the pharmacy's catalog must be able to be delivered within 48 hours, which has not happened.

- If their forecast is correct, deliveries will work again on Wednesday, says Petter Karlsson.

"Causes of a later issue"

Pharmacy Services CEO Tomas Hilmo does not want to post an interview, but on Monday morning he writes the following in an email to a reporter at SVT Uppsala:

As you probably understand, the pharmacy service works around the clock to solve the very troublesome situation. After discussions with the regions concerned, we have established a plan to catch up as soon as possible. This plan includes that the regions should inform their organizations and we do not want to anticipate this. When it comes to analysis of causes and responsibilities, it is a later issue when the situation has stabilized. Beyond this, we have nothing to communicate at this time.

Petter Karlsson says that during the night 120 pallets of goods were delivered to all five affected regions: Uppsala, Dalarna, Sörmland, Västmanland and Örebro. But they have not been complete and have not always arrived on time.

- It is extremely unfortunate when it means that we cannot work with the right conditions. This is not good at all, says Petter Karlsson.
