The accused was seized with possession of a large quantity of narcotics, and was subjected to examination and showed his use of narcotics, and was referred to the Public Prosecutor, which in turn took him to trial on five charges, namely possession of narcotics and psychotropic substances in cases other than legally authorized for the purpose of trafficking, and the charge of effective abuse.
