The UAE has launched a relief campaign for IDP camps in Aden Governorate as part of its emergency response campaign in the liberated Yemeni governorates.
The UAE Red Crescent's humanitarian teams distributed food and tents to the 1,400 displaced people in the camps in 14 different districts of Aden Governorate.
The UAE Red Crescent also continued to distribute food aid to the needy and displaced people in the west coast of Yemen as part of its programs to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni brothers and normalize life in their areas.
During the past week, the Authority has conducted new food aid convoys for some 3,000 families in Hodeidah city and governorate.
The beneficiaries in Aden Governorate and the people of Hodeidah expressed their appreciation for the support provided by the UAE through its humanitarian arm, the UAE Red Crescent Authority for the displaced camps.
