Tokyo (AP) - The death toll in Japan has continued to rise as a result of a severe typhoon. Local media citing the forces reported that the hurricane that hit Tokyo and other areas of the country killed at least 19 people. 16 people were still missing. Around 100 residents in large parts of the island kingdom suffered injuries. The hurricane "Hagibis" caused rivers to overflow their banks with record-breaking rains and caused massive flooding.
