Acting Undersecretary for Emiratization Affairs, Mona Walid, revealed that “70 nationals who applied for Emiratization center in Fujairah have been appointed to a number of private companies in the emirate with various functions such as banking, administrative and educational services during the period set by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE. She pointed out that 62 vacancies were offered in five private companies in the emirate in which 213 citizens were presented with different certificates, stressing that some job seekers are looking for better job opportunities while they are on the job.

She pointed out that the Fujairah Center for Emiratisation offers 51 students in the private sector a training course to develop skills and behavioral behavior, which includes education and training on how to write a resume and interview job, career guidance and guidance, and an accredited program in the diploma of tourism and hotel sector, which witnessed a remarkable turnout by the element Women are job seekers, and will be trained and qualified in the work, pointing out that they are the first batch will be graduated in this area and provide them with suitable jobs in the tourism and hotel sector in the Emirate.

She stressed that these achievements came after a continuous effort by the Center's staff and were not confined only in a certain period of time, as the team of the Center for Fujairah Tawteen work actively to find suitable job opportunities for citizens in the private sector in the emirate, especially as the team was directed to the Center to be working as a comprehensive employee From the reception of job seekers to the completion of all procedures followed, they are also presented to legal researchers to put the terms of the contract for them before they sign it to start work in case it is not clear to them.

She pointed out that there are challenges in the labor market in the private sector in the emirate of Fujairah because of the limited number of private companies, which makes the center create suitable job opportunities for citizens, pointing out that there is confusion between the role of the ministry in employment versus human resources departments in each emirate, as these departments contribute to the employment of students Jobs in the local institutions and government departments, while the ministry is working to search in private companies for employment opportunities suitable for citizens to contribute to the economic growth in the Emirate.

She stressed that the ministry is documenting the interview process and the results of acceptance or rejection with the participation of companies, pointing out that the company is clarified the reasons for rejection, to be presented to all those rejected by the companies to the technical colleges to be interviewed again and compare the weaknesses that the company and the college Strengthening these points, whether by studying the language for 6 months or other through training courses.
