Dubai Municipality has launched a free self-design application, which is free of charge on mobile phones, in the construction of supplements for owners of villas in Dubai.
The new service comes in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to develop a modern infrastructure, the municipality said in a statement. , Or consult the consultants to prepare these designs, where it is possible to apply via mobile phones, and the application is expected to provide more than 3000 visits annually.
The Director General of Dubai Municipality, Daoud Al-Hajri, pointed out that the municipality invented a qualitative application on the phone, to obtain the design of supplements in the private villas for the national owners and obtain the license, which saves them financial costs and a lot of effort and time. .
The Director of the Building Permits Department in Dubai Municipality, Eng. Layali Al-Mulla, confirmed that the application includes three options, the first is the design by the owner, where customers can design the supplements self, and the Municipality completes the rest of the plans (construction and sanitation) and licensing directly, and the second choice, It is the use of ready-made designs on the application, where there are multiple options for ready-made supplements with integrated models.
She added that the third choice is for senior citizens, who can continue to request service, and immediately, the municipality will visit them at their request directly at the site of the villa, and prepare the design that suits them.
