A video with Zelensky’s speech has been posted on the president’s office on Facebook.
According to the incumbent head of state, Poroshenko wants to lead the new Maidan, and this is his mistake.
“You saw statements by both the president of (Germany) Stanmeier and the German side, and the French side and many European media - they are shocked because his rhetoric is changing as well as his status,” Zelensky said.
He noted that Poroshenko forgets that he is no longer the president.
Earlier, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Batkivshchyna party, Sergei Vlasenko, called the common key strategic mistake of ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and current Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.
