“On Sunday, representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora from various countries of the world arrive in Crimea,” RIA Novosti quoted the head of the Ukrainian community in the region, Anastasia Gridchina.

Gridchina noted that a total of 15 people will arrive in Crimea from Poland, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Bulgaria and Moldova.

“The central event will be the holding of a round table on the theme“ Development of relations of Crimean Ukrainians with compatriots abroad, ”she added.

On August 13, British Permanent Representative to the UN Karen Pearce said that Ukrainian citizens in Crimea are in a “desperate situation” and supposedly do not get access to basic social services.
