Chiba Kimitsu Koito River is flooding dangerous water level October 12th 20:23
According to Chiba Prefecture, the Koito River flowing through Kimitsu City due to the heavy rain caused by Typhoon No.19 exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Nakajima Observatory near 7:30 pm.
Chiba Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
