According to Miyagi Prefecture, the Kashio River, a tributary of the Abukuma River, was flooded in the Ouchi area of Marumori-machi, Miyagi Prefecture late at night on the 12th. The prefecture is investigating the detailed situation as it may be flooded in nearby houses.
