The world's first spacewalk Alexei Leonov died October 11th 23:11

In the Cold War era, former Russian astronaut Alexei Leonov, who was the first in the world to swim in space, died of illness. I was 85 years old.

Alexei Leonov was born in 1934 in the former Soviet Union, was extracted by the Soviet Air Force as an astronaut in his twenties, and launched in space in 1965 at the age of 30 with the spacecraft "Boshort".

He then became famous as the first astronaut in the world to swim with a lifeline for about 10 minutes in a vacuum.

Mr. Leonov is the first to prove that humans can work in outer space with space suits, and is regarded as a milestone that opened the way to subsequent extravehicular activities.

Leonov boarded the spacecraft Soyuz in 1975 and succeeded in docking with the American Apollo spacecraft.

After that, I worked on training astronauts, but when I got older, I lost my physical condition and died at a hospital in Moscow on the 11th. I was 85 years old.
