On the night of October 11, police discovered the body of a missing nine-year-old Liza Kiseleva in one of the garages in Saratov. The disappearance of Lisa stirred up the whole city. The girl left the house on Vysokaya Street on the morning of October 9, but did not appear at school. According to RT, a source close to the investigation, Lisa is from a complete, good, prosperous and loving family, so my mother very soon sounded the alarm, not having her daughter at home. On the same day, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and volunteers from the Liza Alert detachment began searching. In the evening, a criminal case was opened under the article “Murder”.

Search

According to Konstantin Kostyrin, curator of the Liza Alert search squad of the Saratov region, the total number of people gathered for the searches was about 2 thousand. Searched all over Saratov and Engels (it is located across the river).

“They worked the whole city, every basement and every entrance, put up announcements everywhere so that as many people as possible knew about the missing person and helped find her,” says Kostyrin. - We were informed that they saw a similar girl in a particular area. Our units immediately paid attention to the indicated places. ”

Law enforcement agencies and search engines also asked residents to send videos made in the area where the girl could have been. In particular, one of the videos shows how an unknown man drags a large and, apparently, a heavy light bag, puts it on the bench of the bus stop at the old airport and throws something into the urn. At this stop, a backpack with Lisa's shift was later found.

On October 10, police began to open garage boxes, past which the schoolgirl’s route allegedly ran. In one of them, at about 1 a.m. on October 11, the body of the murdered girl was discovered.

The news of the terrible find instantly scattered throughout Saratov. Locals began to gather in the garages: traffic jams formed on the adjacent street in the middle of the night. More than a hundred people staged a spontaneous rally, demanding to give them a murder suspect, who was taken to the crime scene. The video, circulated on social networks, shows how the townspeople surrounded and started pushing a police car, where they believed the detainee was located. Cries are heard from the crowd: “Open!” - and: “Kill him!”. The participants also suggested that the suspect could be changed into riot police uniforms so that they would not tear him to pieces.

The man was taken to the police department of the Kirov region of Saratov, part of the townspeople gathered under the windows of the building. People did not disperse until the morning. They also began to break into neighboring garages, as the Region 64 portal reported.

Lied about convictions

According to media reports, the murder suspect was detained when he responded to the police that he had not even heard about the disappearance of Lisa Kiseleva, who, by that time, was looking, without exaggeration, the whole city: this had alerted law enforcement officers.

“A few months ago, he noticed an old abandoned garage, changed the castle there and arbitrarily took possession of it. On October 9, while the victim was in the garage, a victim passed by. She asked if it was his garage. The man suggested that the property may belong to a minor family. Frightened by the revelations, he dragged the girl into the garage and committed her murder, ”the department said.

Tuvatin was previously convicted of a number of serious crimes. According to criminal cases, from 2008 to 2010 he was serving a sentence in a colony for theft. He was released on December 31, 2010. After drinking several cans of beer, the man got off the train in Engels, attacked a stranger, raped her and took away his phone, wallet and camera. On the same day he was detained. For robbery and rape, he was sentenced in April 2011 to six years and six months in prison.

However, Tuvatin explained to his friends and acquaintances his long absence in a completely different way.

“He said that he stood up for his ex-wife. Some man was pestering her. And killed him. For this, and served. I probably lied, ”a relative of the suspect’s ex-girlfriend told RT.

The interlocutor of RT also said that the Tuvatin family is now being threatened: they say, "they got in touch with the freak." And at a spontaneous rally near the police department, where Tuvatin was taken, a relative had to explain to a crowd of 100 people that the family now had nothing to do with him.

“Mom doesn’t need to see this”

On the morning of October 11, local residents began to bring flowers and soft toys to the entrance of the house where Lisa lived. In this regard, the children's ombudsman of the Saratov region Tatyana Zagorodnaya asked not to disturb the family and transfer everything to the place of the girl’s death.

“Mom asked me to take all the flowers and toys to the garages where she disappeared,” the Ombudsman wrote on her Facebook. “Please don't bring anything to the porch!” The request of mom Lisa! And do not go to them yet. Parents hold on with all their might. It’s better to bring toys and flowers to school. It’s like they put a photo there, a small memorial. Mom doesn’t need to see this. ”
