Vuzix, a leading augmented reality company, has teamed up with Zoi Meet to provide simultaneous interpretation services directly to the Vozix Blade AR glasses.

ZoeMate can translate 12 languages ​​instantly, meaning that anyone can use the Augmented Reality technology provided by Visionics to listen to someone and translate what they say directly.

The new integration of the ZoeMate application in real time on the "Vision Blade AR" glasses allows users to "receive simultaneous translation of what is said in one of the 12 languages ​​available," ViewSix said in a press release.

ZOE Mate allows instantaneous, hands-free language translation, where speech is automatically converted to text when someone speaks. With the new glasses, the text is displayed directly on the glass from the inside.

The application can also be used on tablets and various devices, the main focus of the company has so far been for the issuance of glasses on the staff of international companies to translate international meetings, and store downloadable copies.

Direct translation is available in 12 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese and Korean.

The launch is one of the first forms of collaboration to support multi-lingual direct communication through smart glasses.
