Putin succeeded three heads of departments in the Kremlin

It is noted that the Russian leader appointed Maxim Travnikov as the head of the Department for Civil Service and Human Resources, Anton Fedorov as the head of the Information and Documentation Support Department, and Tatyana Lokatkina as the head of the Department for Ensuring Constitutional Rights of Citizens.

All three documents come into force from the day they are signed.

Earlier, Putin signed a decree appointing Alexander Kalashnikov as director of the Federal Penitentiary Service.

On October 3, the President of Russia made a number of layoffs and appointments in law enforcement agencies.
