Two weeks after the Lubrizol factory fire in Seveso, Rouen, searches are under way on the site according to a judicial source. They concern the administrative premises of the Lubrizol and Normandie Logistique factories. These searches are carried out by the investigators, accompanied by a magistrate and a specialized assistant of the public health pole of the parquet floor of Paris.
During the fire, 5,253 tons of chemicals were destroyed. Residents and farmers do not hide their concern and demand more transparency to state services.

On Thursday, the Senate voted unanimously to create a commission of inquiry "to evaluate the intervention of the State services in the management of the environmental, health and economic consequences of the fire of the Lubrizol factory ".
