The Supreme Court has reduced on Wednesday the sentences to the eight defendants in the case of the attacks on two civil guards and their partners in Alsasua ( Navarra ), in the early hours of October 15, 2016, by not applying the aggravating discrimination or of abuse of superiority in the case of the crime of attack on the authority that did appreciate the National Court.
The High Court partially marries the judgment of the court of the instance and establishes penalties for defendants between one year and six months in prison and nine years and six months in jail.
The sentence has a particular vote of magistrates Vicente Magro and Antonio del Moral .
