The inspectors at the Environmental Office have, during inspections of the restaurant 2016, 2017, 2018 and now found deficiencies in the cleaning of the premises. After each comment, the premises were cleaned up to have the same problem again on the next visit.

Greasy film on all surfaces

At this year's visit, it was found, among other things, that it was very dirty on all surface layers, cartons, plastic bags and other extraneous items were stored in the room and that there was a greasy membrane on all surfaces.

Everything should be cleaned

Since the restaurant's owner has not, despite the environmental office's request, taken sufficient measures to comply with the requirements of the food legislation, an order is now being made to take action.

The Environment Office requires that the entire room, floors, walls and ceiling be cleaned. The fan in the kitchen must be maintained so that grease in the ceiling on walls, lighting and on equipment does not occur. The restaurant must also establish a written routine for how the premises should be kept clean on an ongoing basis.
