The Turkish military launched a series of raids on PKK positions in northern Iraq, according to the Turkish Defense Ministry, which explained that the Turkish Air Force carried out raids, on Monday evening and Tuesday, killing 12 members of the PKK.

Sources close to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa that Turkish artillery bombarded positions of the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) in Tall Tawil and the village of Khamida in al-Malikiyah countryside, far northeast of Hasakah province.
