According to the verdict from Gävle district court, the duo and the man met at a pizzeria in Sandviken municipality in June 2019. The duo planned to rob the older man and the woman tricked him into the apartment by bidding for coffee.

But well in the apartment something completely different happens. The mood quickly became aggressive. The man was beaten several times with different extensions and was threatened in different ways. The duo forced mobile, wallet and keys and repeatedly prevented the man from leaving the apartment.

Masked gang wanted bank details

A masked gang also came to the apartment during the evening. They beat the man with kicks, threatened to shoot him, and repeatedly held a burning cloth in front of the man's face. They were looking for the man's bank details.

In the judgment it can be read that the man was terrified and repeatedly feared for his life.

Imprisonment for all involved

All persons involved in the incident are now sentenced to crime. The woman, who is in her 30s, is sentenced to six years and three months' imprisonment for gross robbery, robbery and gross misappropriation of procurement funds. The man, who is 35 years old, is sentenced to six years for gross robbery and human robbery.

In the masked gang, three people are sentenced to various lengthy prison sentences for, among other things, attempted unlawful coercion.
