According to the agency, on the afternoon of October 7, a conflict occurred between Malygin Street “between two groups of citizens”, presumably on household grounds.
“Now police officers are conducting an audit, during which they establish all the circumstances of the incident,” said a spokesman for the Interior Ministry.
Earlier it was reported that during the conflict five people were injured, two were hospitalized.
