According to recent estimates, as the former ambassador writes, "almost 850 Russian individuals and legal entities are under sanctions, and there is practically no analysis of their effectiveness."
He emphasizes that "the time has come to stop being silent and hide behind when it comes to US-Russian relations."
“Our goal should be Russia, which will be both a better partner and a more responsible citizen of the world,” Huntsman writes.
Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the state of relations between the United States and Russia is crucial in some countries.
