The incident happened last year when the man, who was employed by the municipality of Örebro, on several occasions exploited an elderly woman with paralysis by having sex with her in her home.
According to the prosecution, the man has also repeatedly searched the woman by phone and went to her home. He should also have stayed in the woman's home for one night.
The prosecutor believes that the man has seriously abused the dependency position that the user had for him.
The man, who is charged with sexually exploiting a person in a dependency position, denies crime. He is no longer employed in Örebro Municipality.
The trial is being conducted in the Örebro District Court on Tuesday.
