He pointed out that the program has been directed over the past 10 years to the establishment of integrated residential neighborhoods, so that it can achieve the vision of leadership in the preparation of human societies and sustainable social foundations, and the achievement of residential neighborhoods according to the highest standards of sustainability.

He pointed out that the aim of hosting the Third Arab Ministerial Forum on Housing and Urban Development, which is attended by more than 20 ministers, is to promote joint Arab action, achieve integration in the field of housing and civilization development, and review the UAE model in this field.

The Sheikh Zayed Housing Program is currently implementing three residential districts, Ajman's Al Montazi District, which comprises 761 homes worth AED 1 billion and built on an area of ​​955,000 square meters, with a completion rate of 24% and is expected to be delivered next year.
